Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The jewelry must be returned with the original packaging, certificates, and any included accessories.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as John NB Jewelry is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

2-Year Jewelry Warranty

At John NB Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our products. All jewelry purchases include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for eligible issues, including:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Problems with jewelry structure caused by production issues.
  • Certain defects affecting the functionality of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Scratches, dents, or damage caused by accidents.
  • Loss of stones due to impact or improper care.
  • Damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or improper maintenance.
  • Lost or stolen jewelry.

If your jewelry requires service, please contact our customer support team with your order information and photos of the item.

Repairs

If your item qualifies under our warranty, John NB Jewelry will repair the product free of charge. Additional costs may apply for repairs outside the warranty coverage.
